Caulking & Flashing Install
Landenberg, PA - Just completed this beautiful Stucco front home in Landenberg. Caulked windows, doors, dissimilar areas, and penetrations.
The Stucco/ Moisture inspection had all good readings 👍🏽, but the inspector did pick up on the 1st Gen plastic vinyl Kickouts that were completely dilapidated.
We replaced Kickouts with PBZ powdercoated aluminum. We ended the day with a thorough clean up.

Chimney Repair
Downingtown, PA - Top half of chimney was completely dilapidated due to large cracks on the crown, allowing water to penetrate behind the Stucco and into the block. We installed ice and water shield membrane to the crown along with wire lath. Applied thick coat of cement with smooth finish to match the existing. Then finished up with two coats of Loxon XP. This chimney will last for years to come!
